Product Manager at a Startup (REMOTE)

Experience: Mid-Level (3-5 years)

Salary Range: N350,000 – N500,000 per month

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and define product roadmaps and feature concepts.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver products that fit customer needs.
• Analyze market trends and competitor products.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Speak directly with customers to gather insights and feedback.
• Conduct and analyze user research to inform product decisions.
• Prioritize product features and tasks using data-driven analysis.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor and report on product performance metrics.
• Continuously iterate and improve products based on user feedback and market changes.
