Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing
- Keep all production machines performing at their absolute best — safe, steady, and efficient.
- Lead preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs that actually prevent breakdowns.
- Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults — fast and confidently.
- Manage daily start-ups, shutdowns, and the rhythm of production.
- Train operators to handle equipment safely and smartly.
- Manage spare parts, documentation, and vendor relationships like a pro.
- Keep finding better ways to make our lines run smoother, faster, and longer.
Requirements
What You Should Bring
- HND qualification / B.Eng in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related).
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in FMCG / Food Production.
- Solid knowledge of mixers, filling, capping, conveyors, and sealing lines.
- Deep knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and automation.
- A cool head when things go wrong, and a sharp mind for preventing them in he first place.
- A love for tinkering, problem-solving, and fine-tuning processes until they shine.
- The self-drive to take ownership, and the foresight to stay three steps ahead.
