Job Description
- The Program Associate role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent project management skills to oversee project execution, establish milestones, and address any issuesthatmayarise.
Responsibilities
The following sets out the duties that you are to provide as a Programs Associate, the list included for the Job description are not exhaustive and further requirements may be added.
- Implement specific projects within the organization’s portfolio, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Oversee project execution, establishing project milestones, tracking deliverable, and addressing any issues or challenges
- Follow directions from the Head of Programs to align projects with the organization’s goals and objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project success
- Identify and mitigate risks, developing contingency plans as needed
- Monitor project progress, providing regular updates to the Head of Programs
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in project management or a related field
- Proven track record of successful project implementation
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working in a similar industry or organization
- Knowledge of project management tools and software
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile).
Salary
N250,000 / Month.
