Description
- The Centre For Sex Education and Family Life is an NGO dedicated to promoting healthy families and well-being. We offer comprehensive programs and resources to empower families, prevent child sexual abuse, and support vulnerable individuals.
- As a Programs Associate, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the successful implementation of our vital programs. You’ll gain valuable experience working alongside dedicated professionals and contribute to creating a positive impact on society.
Responsibilities
- Assist the program manager with the day-to-day operations of assigned programs (e.g.scheduling workshops, managing logistics, creating reports).
- Conduct research and compile data to support program development and evaluation.
- Contribute to the development of program materials and resources.
- Assist with outreach and recruitment efforts for program participants.
- Help maintain accurate program records and databases.
- Participate in program planning meetings and take detailed notes.
- Provide administrative support to program staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for social justice and a desire to help families and children.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Salary
N70,000 – N100,000 monthly.
