Job Title: Project Manager

Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive the entire vision and delivery of new products, features or business units to keep the organization relevant and competitive
- Conducting market research and customer research, roadmap planning, prioritization, execution and finally, coordinating go-to-market strategies when launching a new product or feature
- Manage the roadmap, prioritize product opportunities, refine feature ideas and maintain existing features to drive business goals
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps
- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
- Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members
- Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
- Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services
- Produce high-level product requirements, iterate with your design and engineering teams
- Engage stakeholders in leadership, research, data, and support, and a coordinate across teams to maintain product and strategy alignment.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other quantitative fields (or equivalent work experience).
Skill and Requirement:
- Experience as Product Manager
- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
- A proven track record of working with designers, engineers, and various stakeholders to coordinate, plan, execute, and track product releases from beginning to end
- Agile software development methodologies experience
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
- Product Management and Product Development
- People Management, Marketing Strategy, and Financial planning and strategy
- Proven knowledge and expertise on Data Collection, Extraction and Analysis
- A sound knowledge on SQL, Analytics Tools, Prototyping, InVIsion, HTML,JavaScript, User-centricity, and Visual Design.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 / month.
