Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring goals and objectives are met.
- Effectively allocate resources, manage budgets, and track project timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for project success.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the construction industry.
- Project management experience is compulsory.
- Experience in Road & Drainage construction is compulsory.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
