Job Title: Real Estate Investment Adviser / Sales Executive
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Reports to: Sales Manager/Real Estate Manager
Job Summary
- We seek an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Investment Adviser/Sales Executive to join our team in Abuja. The successful candidate will provide expert investment advice and sell real estate properties to clients, exceeding sales targets and fostering long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet/exceed targets
- Conduct market research and analyze real estate trends
- Provide expert investment advice to clients
- Showcase properties and negotiate sales deals
- Build/maintain client relationships and networks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated on industry regulations and laws.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Estate Management or related field.
- 2+ years real estate sales experience (Abuja market knowledge preferred)
- Proven sales track record
- Strong communication/presentation skills
- Excellent networking/relationship-building abilities
- Real estate certification/training (e.g., RICS, RED, etc.)
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office.
Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 monthly.
