- The successful candidate will need to be results-driven, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong social media presence.
- This position requires multitasking, independent work, and residing in or around the environs of Abraham Adesanya.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing Properties: Develop and implement effective strategies to market and promote our real estate listings for both sales and rentals.
- Exclusive Listings: Identify and secure exclusive property listings to enhance the firm’s portfolio.
- Video Presence: Create captivating video content for platforms such as YouTube, showcasing our properties and attracting potential clients.
- Social Media: Maintain a strong and engaging social media presence to attract leads and create brand awareness.
- Collaborative Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to create synergies and enhance the overall marketing efforts of the firm.
- Result-Driven: Achieve and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a commitment to delivering positive outcomes for the firm.

Qualifications:
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven experience in real estate sales/marketing is a plus.
- Strong social media presence and familiarity with online marketing trends.
