Job Description
- Responsible for Recruiting, training, coaching, mentoring and retention of team members and overseeing day-to-day operations.
- Creating and implementing policies and procedures that will build up the team and ensure optimum utilization of resources
- Ensuring that all company policies, rules, and regulations are being observed and recommending changes when necessary
- Providing leadership, coaching, counseling, and motivation to team members in order to assist them in meeting their sales objectives
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and translate business strategies to the team
- To conduct regular sales meetings, translate business strategies and ensure monthly target for the team is met.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- BA / B.Sc / HND in Marketing or any related discipline
- 3 – 5 years experience in real estate/marketing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Possess strong negotiating and transactional skills
- Problem-solving and decision
- Must reside within Lekki-Ajah Sangotedo Axis
Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
