Job Summary
- Our client is seeking a professional, customer-oriented Spa Receptionist to join their luxurious spa team in Lekki Phase 1.
- The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and exceptional service.
- As a Spa Receptionist, you will manage appointments, handle customer inquiries, and support the spa’s daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
- Address client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person professionally and promptly.
- Offer information about spa services, promotions, and memberships.
- Handle client feedback and complaints effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
Appointment Management:
- Schedule and confirm client appointments, ensuring efficient use of spa resources.
- Maintain an accurate and updated appointment calendar.
- Coordinate with spa therapists and staff to manage bookings effectively.
Administrative Duties:
- Handle the check-in and check-out process, including invoicing and payment collection.
- Maintain detailed client records and preferences in the system.
- Prepare daily reports on bookings, revenue, and feedback.
- Monitor spa supplies and liaise with vendors for replenishment when needed.
Spa Environment Management:
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing.
- Provide clients with refreshments and other amenities during their wait.
- Follow health and safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: Minimum of an OND or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality or wellness industry.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with scheduling software or point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
