Job Title: Recruitment / Administrative Officer
Location: Lagos
Summary
- We are a business based in Lagos currently looking to hire Customer Service/Admin Officer to work in our office in Ikeja. You will be required to provide excellent customer support and admin duties for our various business units.
Job Description / Requirements
- You will be required to work as part of a team providing high quality customer/admin support services via telephone and e-mail;
- You will be will be responsible for liaising with our clients and maintain a high level of customers’ satisfaction experience;
- You should be able to react to customers’ requests promptly and in a professional manner;
- You will be required to work with less supervision;
- Your day-to-day tasks will be focused on achieving set goals & targets;
- Experienced in creating CV’s + Cover Letters from existng CV
- Use of social media platforms to source for Clients & Staff;
- Undertake telephone/online screening of candidates;
- Screen all applications and Identify candidates suitable for roles;
- Ensure all applicants attending an interview are suitable for the roles;
- Co-ordinate the interview process with candidates and clients;
- Maintain contact with employees and assess levels of morale by contacting them quarterly;
- Respond to employee requests promptly and in a professional manner;
- Provide daily report of operations;
- Strong orientation to achieving team’s goals and targets set;
- Review and evaluate current recruitment process to ensure a smooth and efficient service;
- You will be required to perform any other required task as assigned to this role;
Person Specification
- Very good level of English Language – both written and spoken;
- very good with social media platform for recruiting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent Telephone handling skills;
- Excellent Computer Literacy & Record Keeping Skills;
- Excellent Administrative and Organizational skills
- Ability to work with own Initiative
- Strong orientation to achieving team’s goals and targets set;
- Willingness to learn and develop;
- Team player open to share knowledge and to support your colleagues;
- Call Centre Experience will be an advantage;
- Professional attitude and orientation to details.
Salary
Basic N120,000 Monthly + Commissions.
