- We are seeking an experienced International Recruitment Specialist to join our team.
- This pivotal role requires a professional who can effectively manage job descriptions, handle brand responsibilities, and navigate the international recruitment landscape.

Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Collaborate with the sales team to manage and enhance existing client accounts, generate new job opportunities, and build enduring partnerships.
- Consultation: Provide expert guidance to both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and informed experience.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and client loyalty.
- Client Communication: Keep open lines of communication with clients to ensure strong and positive relationships.
- Client Understanding: Gain a deep understanding of client companies, including their operations, work culture, and environments.
- Job Advertisement: Create and place job advertisements across various platforms, including newspapers, websites, and magazines.
- Social Media Utilization: Leverage social media for job promotion, candidate attraction, and relationship building.
- Headhunting: Identify and approach potential candidates who may currently be employed, using advanced headhunting techniques.
- Database Management: Utilize candidate databases to match suitable candidates with client vacancies effectively.
- Application Management: Oversee the entire application process, including receiving, assessing, and managing job applications, conducting interviews, and compiling shortlists.
- Reference Checking: Conduct thorough reference checks to verify candidate suitability before presenting profiles to clients.
- Candidate Briefing: Provide candidates with detailed information about job responsibilities, compensation, and benefits.
- Pay Negotiation: Negotiate salary rates and finalize terms between clients and candidates.
- Market Insight: Offer valuable market insights and talent mapping to support the sales team.
- Sales and Business Development: Utilize sales, business development, and marketing techniques to attract new clients and expand business opportunities.
- Cold Calling: Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities through proactive cold calling.
- Client Meetings: Meet with potential clients to build and leverage your network and facilitate meetings with decision-makers.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with the team to develop proposals and understand client needs, focusing on commercial solutions.
- Offer Management: Manage the recruitment process from job description to offer management, ensuring a smooth and effective process.
