Job Title: Regional Auto Maintenance Manager
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate regional teams, including service managers and technicians by fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure efficient and consistent operations across all locations, maintaining adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Manage regional budgets, track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, cost and implement strategies to achieve breakdown targets for the region
- Monitor, improve and ensuring quality service and addressing any fleet issues promptly.
- Develop and implement regional strategies aligned with overall company goals, including breakdown targets, quality repairs initiatives and operational improvements.
- Participate in the recruitment and training of regional staff, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Ensure all locations adhere to relevant regulations, industry standards, and company safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with upper management, regional teams, and cross-functional departments to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Analyze fleet challenges, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to improve performance and address issues.
Qualifications
- A minimum of first Degree in mechanical engineering or HND in related field
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience in any Auto company
- A second degree or professional qualifications and trainings in Auto mechanic will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft excel and google sheet will also be an advantage.
