Remote Customer Service Rep

We are currently looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our customer care team.

Responsibilities Includes:

• Handle Customer escalations
• Provide Customer Service via phone, email and chat
• Interact with customers on daily basis
• Processing orders, forms and purchase
• Weekly and daily reports on customers interactions, transactions and complaints –ADVERTISEMENT–
  
  

Requirement:
