Sustainable Family Healthcare Foundation has been dedicated to whose aim is to meet the reproductive and maternal health needs of women and girls, with special focus on prevention and management of obstetric fistula.
With operations spanning across North central and North eastern State, our work often requires extensive travel for our staff, volunteers, and partners. Ensuring smooth and efficient travel arrangements is crucial for the success of our missions and projects.
Scope of Services Required
We are looking for a flight booking agent who can provide the following services:
Flight Reservations and Ticketing: Access to a broad network of airlines to secure flexible and costeffective travel options.
24/7 Dedicated Support: Specialized support available around the clock to assist with travel-related queries and emergencies.
Cost Efficiency: Competitive pricing and the ability to optimize our travel budget through strategic partnerships and negotiations.
Group Travel Management: Coordination and management of group travel for field missions, conferences, and events.
Emergency Travel Services: Rapid response solutions for urgent travel needs, including evacuations and last-minute bookings. Submission Requirements

Payment Schedule
Please note that SFHF will deduct and remit to the relevant tax authority a 5% or 10% withholding Tax from the total consultancy fees for individuals or organizations in accordance with the Nigerian Tax Law.
