Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, and Customer service.
- Ensure adherence to quality and service standards to uphold Nest’s reputation for excellence.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to foster a culture of professionalism and hospitality.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Uphold health and safety regulations to provide a safe and welcoming environment for both guests and staff.
Requirements
- 5 years+ proven experience in restaurant management, with a track record of delivering outstanding results.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Passion for hospitality and dedication to providing memorable dining experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
