Responsibilities
- He or she will be saddled with overseeing daily activities to ensure efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction by managing staff, controlling costs, maintaining quality, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Key responsibilities include staff supervision and scheduling, inventory and budget management, handling customer complaints, and implementing strategies to improve service and profitability of overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and profitability, managing staff, and maintaining brand standards across multiple locations.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience of a minimum of 5 years in operations management or a similar role, in a QSR or hospitalityenvironment.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Strong leadership and staff management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
