Job Title: Retail Supervisor

Description
- As a Retail Supervisor at Estakem Ventures, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily retail operations.
- Your primary objective will be to ensure excellent customer service, efficient store operations, and maximize sales and profitability.
- You will also supervise a team of retail canvassers providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the smooth delivery.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will also include:
Stock Management:
- Oversee all aspects of retail operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Ensure that the vans and carriages are clean, well-organized, and stocked with an appropriate inventory of snacks and related products.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of retail associates, ensuring they are knowledgeable about products, customer service, and sales techniques.
- Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, motivation, and high levels of customer service.
Customer Service:
- Ensure exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, resolving complaints, and handling customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Train and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences, emphasizing product knowledge, upselling techniques, and building customer loyalty.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Drive sales and achieve targets by analyzing sales reports, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to maximize store profitability.
- Develop and execute promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and strategies to increase customer traffic and average transaction value.
- Monitor and control expensesand inventory shrinkage, to meet or exceed sales and budgeted financial objectives.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree/HND/OND in relevant fields with 2- 7years work experience.
- Ability to drive and possession of a valid drivers license is a pre-requisite.
Salary
N50,000 – N70,000 Monthly.
