Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts in the Telecommunication Service industry.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and increase brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to drive sales revenue growth
- Conduct sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting
- Analyze sales performance and provide insights to improve sales effectiveness
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation
- Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and activities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and content
- Analyze marketing performance and provide insights to improve marketing effectiveness
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales and marketing teams
- Develop and implement sales and marketing processes and procedures
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales and marketing strategies with business objectives
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing in the Telecommunication Service industry
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading and managing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills
- Persuasive skill and ability to close deals independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant professional qualifications, such as an MBA or a sales and marketing certification
Job Demand:
- Experience working in a managerial role in a telecommunications company
- Knowledge of the telecommunications industry and its trends
- Experience with sales and marketing software, such as CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
