Job Description
- We are seeking a talented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. We are looking for a results-driven professional to drive sales growth, develop marketing strategies, and build strong customer relationships.
As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities to expand our customer base.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
- Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
- Developing and managing marketing campaigns, social media, and content creation.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and marketing automation tools.
Nice to Have:
- Certification in sales and marketing (e.g. HubSpot, Google Analytics).
