Job Description/Requirements

- Understand the unique appeal of each creator, tailoring interactions to match the creator’s style and audience preferences.
- Keep track of customer interactions, using insights to develop more effective engagement strategies and content suggestions.
- Collaborate with our team of content creators and marketers to stay updated on the latest trends and promotional tactics in the content realm.
- Handle subscriber inquiries and feedback with discretion and professionalism, ensuring a respectful and engaging online environment
- Use CRM tools to manage fan data, tracking engagement metrics and sales outcomes.
- Stay informed about the evolving landscape of content creation and fan engagement.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- 1 year of working experience
