We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Director

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

  • The Sales Director will drive ACO Nigeria’s growth in the renewable energy sector, focusing on solar (PV) and battery energy storage (BESS) solutions.
  • This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, expanding market presence, and managing key client relationships across government, Discos, developers, and EPCs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
  • Leading and mentoring the sales team to achieve performance targets.
  • Building partnerships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Identifying market opportunities and managing the full sales cycle.
  • Representing the company at industry events and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in solar/renewable energy sales leadership.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
