Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary
- The Sales Executive will report directly to the Factory Sales Manager and play a crucial role in driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our client’s business.
- This role is ideal for a self-starter with a passion for sales in the cabinet-making, woodworking, or furniture industry.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Client Acquisition:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through networking, referrals, and market research.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Product Promotion and Presentation:
- Present and promote our client’s products and services to potential customers, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
- Conduct product demonstrations and site visits as needed to showcase the quality and craftsmanship of our cabinetry solutions.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report on sales activities, performance, and market trends to the Factory Sales Manager.
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and contribute to strategic planning discussions.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the Factory Sales Manager to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with production, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
Continuous Learning and Development:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- B.Sc in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the cabinet-making, woodworking, furniture, or related industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to sales.
- Basic knowledge of cabinet-making or woodworking processes is an advantage.
Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 monthly (gross).
