Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Sales Executive will report directly to the Factory Sales Manager and play a crucial role in driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our client’s business.
  • This role is ideal for a self-starter with a passion for sales in the cabinet-making, woodworking, or furniture industry.

Key Responsibilities
Sales and Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through networking, referrals, and market research.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Product Promotion and Presentation:

  • Present and promote our client’s products and services to potential customers, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and site visits as needed to showcase the quality and craftsmanship of our cabinetry solutions.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track and report on sales activities, performance, and market trends to the Factory Sales Manager.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and contribute to strategic planning discussions.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with the Factory Sales Manager to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
  • Collaborate with production, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.

Continuous Learning and Development:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the cabinet-making, woodworking, furniture, or related industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to sales.
  • Basic knowledge of cabinet-making or woodworking processes is an advantage.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 monthly (gross).
