Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary
- The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s real estate products, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
- The role requires a proactive and persuasive professional who can identify opportunities, close sales, and provide excellent customer service in a competitive property market.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and social media.
- Present, promote, and sell properties to potential clients in line with company objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify property trends, competitor activities, and potential buyers.
- Schedule and conduct property inspections, tours, and site visits with clients.
- Provide accurate and detailed information on available properties, pricing, payment plans, and legal processes.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to implement promotional campaigns and sales strategies.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets within stipulated timelines.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
- Follow up on leads promptly and manage the end-to-end client engagement process from inquiry to closure.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing professional, ethical, and responsive service.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of new qualified leads generated monthly.
- Conversion rate of leads to successful sales.
- Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Client satisfaction and retention rate.
- Timeliness and accuracy of sales reporting.
- Active participation in marketing and promotional events.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or related fields
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience in real estate sales or a similar customer-facing role.
- Females prefferred
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Must be result-driven, confident, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Must live in Gudu or its environ
Salary
N50,000 – N60,000 monthly.
