Job Description

  • We are seeking a motivated and experienced SalesExecutive to joinour dynamic team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our healthcare services to potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and medicalpractitioners.
  • This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare products and services, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and initiatives.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare facilities.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure effective promotional strategies and product offerings.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, including product demonstrations and sales contracts.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecast future sales volumes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the healthcare industry, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare products and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to travel as needed and work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 monthly.
