Job Description
- We are seeking a motivated and experienced SalesExecutive to joinour dynamic team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our healthcare services to potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and medicalpractitioners.
- This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare products and services, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and initiatives.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare facilities.
- Conduct market research to understand trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure effective promotional strategies and product offerings.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, including product demonstrations and sales contracts.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecast future sales volumes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the healthcare industry, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare products and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel as needed and work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 monthly.
