Job Title: Sales Leader

Role Overview
- As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- You will develop and implement strategic sales plans, foster strong client relationships, and drive business growth.
- Your leadership and vision will be critical in shaping the future of our sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare presentation material for morning briefing, achievement and daily sales target.
- Provide target and achievement for quantity, effective calls and NOO for daily and MTD.
- Controlling daily achievement per salesman and time efficiency.
- Controlling time iDOS e.g. Route map, Outlet pics, address and Phone Nos.
- Update sales progress (Monitoring Board)
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
- Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Leader or in a similar leadership role.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Salary
N150,000 – N250,000 monthly.
