Job Title: Sales Manager (Automotive Industry)

Location:ย Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are hiring experienced Sales Managers to drive sales and business growth in our Automobile Division, specifically for Commercial Vehicles.
  • This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with a deep understanding of the automotive industry, customer acquisition, and B2B sales.
  • If you have a proven track record in automobile sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to develop long-term client relationships, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs and recommend the best vehicle solutions from our portfolio.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across various industries.
  • Conduct marketing activities, including lead generation and brand awareness campaigns.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from presentations and quotations to negotiations and closing deals.
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, fleet operators, and industry stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to enhance sales strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • HND/Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7โ€“10 years of sales experience in the automotive or related industry, preferably in a commercial or industrial environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Experience in fleet sales and business-to-business (B2B) transactions is an advantage.

Salary
N200,000 โ€“ N400,000 monthly.
