Job Title: Sales Manager (Feedmill Background)

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a background in feedmill operations to lead and drive sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing and feedmill industries, possess excellent operational and customer management skills, and demonstrate a commitment to improving efficiency and market share.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Management:
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement sales strategies to improve market share across all product lines.
- Maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring timely servicing of orders through SAP online platforms.
- Strictly adhere to payment confirmation protocols before servicing orders.
Inventory and Stock Management:
- Ensure stock is properly maintained in good condition while monitoring shelf life.
- Send daily stock reports to management with updates on inventory levels and conditions.
Route and Cost Management:
- Manage delivery routes effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency and timely deliveries.
- Solve shipping and logistics challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Data and Reporting:
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, stock levels, and operational efficiency to the management.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify areas for growth and improvement.
Operational Excellence:
- Develop and drive the implementation of policies, procedures, and standards to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize processes to meet customer needs and company goals.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using SAP and other sales-related platforms.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and logistics operations.
- 6 – 8 years of experience in sales, preferably within the feedmill or manufacturing sector.

Salary
N350,000 – N450,000 monthly.
