Job Description
- We are expanding our sales team and seeking a results-driven Sales Manager who can deliver strong sales conversions, drive strategic partnerships, and implement innovative sales strategies that go beyond traditional methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
- Convert leads efficiently through strong communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
- Develop and manage high-converting landing pages for campaigns.
- Create and optimize email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
- Utilize and manage CRM systems effectively to track, nurture, and convert leads.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships that align with company goals and increase lead sources.
- Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights for improving conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales funnels and client acquisition strategies.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales role, ideally in consulting, digital marketing, or education sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in sales conversion strategies and measurable success in meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong proficiency in landing page creation and optimization tools (e.g., WordPress, Leadpages, or similar).
- Advanced skills in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot).
- Hands-on experience using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) for lead management and automation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for driving results and implementing creative conversion methods.
- Experience identifying and driving partnerships to expand the company’s reach and influence.
What We Offer
- Salary: N200,000 – N250,000 / month.
