Responsibilities
- Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities within the recruitment industry.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to pitch the company services to potential clients, emphasizing the value proposition and unique selling points.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns to attract both clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Sales
- Candidates should have 3 years experience.
Salary
N50,000 – N55000 per month.
