Job Description
- Warmly welcome walk-in customers.
- Answer customers’ questions and inquiries about products, prices, and availability.
- Inform customers about ongoing promotions and discounts.
- Have an in-depth knowledge of all our products to effectively assist customers.
- Promote and suggest additional products to customers.
- Arrange and keep store area clean appropriately at all times, to make it conducive for customers.
- Ensure proper tagging of identification slips on each item.
- Maintain visually appealing product displays (merchandising) to attract and engage customers.
- Assist the Online Customer Service/Sales Officer in processing customer orders efficiently (Online).
- Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, and interests.
- Monitor and replenish products on the sales floor.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc Degree with 1-3 years experience.
- Proven experience in sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
