Job Description
- We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Representative and Customer Service professional.
- In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our clients, and driving sales of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, both in-person and over the phone
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, and work to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and recommend appropriate products and services
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate new leads, schedule appointments, and close sales
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed of product updates, company policies, and industry trends
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 – 5 years of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a retail or service-based environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Proficient in using office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office, CMS and Social media.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Availability to work Monday to Friday
Salary
N40,000 – N100,000 monthly
