Job Summary
- As the Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging customers, promoting products both in-store and online, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Engage walk-in customers and provide exceptional customer service to drive sales.
- Promote products through in-store and social media channels to increase brand visibility.
- Create and post engaging content, respond to customer inquiries, and build online engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales, stock levels, and customer feedback.
- Prepare and send daily/weekly sales reports using Microsoft Excel or Word.
Requirements
- OND / HND qualification / B.Sc Degree in any relevant field.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Social media savvy — able to post content, engage customers, and promote products online.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and Word).
Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 / Month.
