Job Title: Sales Representative

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product information, answer inquiries, and offer recommendations to meet customer needs.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Actively engage in cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Build rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships and enhance customer loyalty.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers.
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience
- Basic knowledge of computer and the use of ERP.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude and willingness to assist others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with cash handling procedures.
- Team player with a strong work ethic and reliability.
Salary
N60,000 – N70,000 per month.
