ShopNIG is an e-commerce tech store who specializes in offering a hassle-free shopping experience. We specialize in products such as phones and accessories, laptops, cameras, games, IT accessories and more.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

 

Job Summary

  • We are looking to fill the role of a sales representative who will be responsible for selling the company’s products.

Responsibilities

  • Engage the Company’s customers with sound knowledge of the Company’s products both online and physically
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships;prospect for and convert prospects to customers
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to address customer concerns and optimize all marketing and sales efforts
  • Track all sales activities on the Company software and update information regularly
  • Keep records of all prospects and follow up as at when due
  • Operate the Company’s Point of Sales devices for receiving or monitoring payments from customers
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid convictions to existing and prospective customers
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and other accepted means
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements and Skills

  • HND / Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 years of experience in sales
  • Call center or customer service experience preferred
  • Flexibility to work (including weekends and selected holidays)
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
  • The candidates must be fluent in English language (Both oral and written) and be internet and social media savvy to carry out activitoes on the company’s online portals.

Salary
N40,000 Monthly.
