Job Description
- We are seeking a results-driven and self-motivated Sales Representative to join our expanding team, responsible for driving sales growth within the South-East region with a focus on medical and laboratory equipment.
- The ideal candidate will promote hospital laboratory equipment and consumables to key markets, including hospitals, diagnostic centers, private laboratories, and research institutions.
- This role involves identifying new business opportunities in the healthcare sector, building strong customer relationships, exploring underserved areas, and working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell medical and laboratory equipment to healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospitals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients within the designated territory.
- Provide product demonstrations and training to clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities and market feedback.
Requirements
- BSc. in Medical Sciences or a related field is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 year experience in the sales of medical or laboratory equipment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare and diagnostics market in South-East Nigeria.
- Must be willing to travel within the assigned region.
Remuneration
N200,000 Monthly.
