Job Description
- We are looking to hire smart Sales Representatives to sell top-quality books and other educational resources to schools, parents, NGOs, companies, and individuals.
- Preferred Sales Representatives must be confident, personable people with a balanced focus on service excellence and company profitability.
- They must love books and learning generally. Top performers will receive top rewards.
Duties
- Promoting the company’s products to schools, bookshops, parents, corporate bodies, NGOs, alumni associations, etc
- Actively soliciting and receiving orders. Sales specialists are expected to visit a minimum of four (4) customers each day
- Fulfilling orders received in a prompt and professional manner
- Meeting agreed sales targets regularly
- Ensuring that orders received are promptly paid for and the monies remitted to the company’s account
- Developing a clear work plan that includes a weekly itinerary
- Actively participating in the planning and execution of workshops, exhibitions, and other promotional activities
- Providing feedback from customers and the market in general (market intelligence)
Requirements
- Minimum academic qualification of OND / HND / B.Sc
- Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience as a salesperson
- Exceptional customer relationship skills
- Willingness to learn new ways of working
- Good communication skills.
