Job Title: Sales Support Associate
Location: Lagos

Reports to: Operations Manager
Job Summary
- We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Support Associate to sign up retailers and wholesalers to our platform. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Retailer / Wholesaler Acquisition:
- Identify and onboard new retailers and wholesalers to the platform.
- Conduct market research to identify potential sellers.
- Reach out to targeted sellers via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Pitch Zylag’s benefits and value proposition to potential sellers.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
Experience:
- 2+ years of sales or business development experience.
- Experience in eCommerce or retail industry preferred.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and marketing acumen.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
