Job Summary
- We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Salon Manager with Hair Styling Skillsto oversee the daily operations of our salon.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a welcoming salon environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily salon operations.
- Recruit, train, and manage salon staff.
- Ensure outstanding customer service and client satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
- Develop marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
- Handle client concerns and resolve complaints professionally.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Apply makeup for clients for various occasions (weddings, photoshoots, special events).
- Conduct client consultations to determine desired looks.
- Recommend and sell makeup products to clients.
- Perform haircuts, coloring, styling, and treatments.
- Consult with clients to understand their hair needs and preferences.
- Recommend hair care products and maintenance routines.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and tools.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Salon Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of salon software and appointment booking systems.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
