Job Title: Senior Executive – QAQC / AO

Responsibilities
- Implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures in line with ISO 9000 standards.
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with production teams to establish quality benchmarks and ensure compliance during manufacturing.
- Perform inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods.
- Monitor critical parameters in the injection moulding process and maintain detailed reports.
- Conduct dimensional, mechanical, and functional testing as per customer specifications
- Manage and update quality documentation including the records & Inspection & trial reports.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9000 standards and maintain necessary records for audits
- Train and mentor staff in QA/QC on the processes and standards.
- Coordinate & communicate with other departments (Warehouse, Procurement, HR/Admin etc) to address quality concerns to maintain standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Plastics Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma Green Belt) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years’ hands on experience in QAQC Plastic Injection Molding and Blow Molding Process.
- Minimum 3-4 years of work experience of Executive Level.
- Good interpersonal skills- able to work well with others.
- Knowledge of Computer (familiar with MS office).
- Able to read and write reports and good verbal communication skills.
- Able to learn about the machines, products, and processes quickly.
Salary
N300,000 – 350,000 Monthly.
