Job Title: Senior Interior Architect
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Description
- As the Senior Interior Designer, you will lead the design process from concept to project completion, ensuring that all designs are creative, functional, and meet Five28’s quality standards.
- You’ll work closely with clients, guide the design team, and collaborate across departments to bring exceptional spaces to life.
Responsibilities
- Develop design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for interior and furniture projects.
- Prepare mood boards, material selections, finishes, and visual presentations to communicate design intent.
- Supervise and ensure accurate implementation of designs throughout project execution.
- Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget requirements.
- Present design proposals and revisions professionally, maintaining strong client relationships and trust.
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, contractors, and other team members to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address design-related issues promptly.
- Guide and mentor junior designers and interns, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Ensure all design work aligns with Five28’s creative vision and brand standards.
- Stay updated with design trends, materials, and emerging technologies.
- Recommend improvements and innovative ideas to enhance Five28’s design approach and offerings.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3 – 5 years work experience.
Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 monthly.
