Job Title: Senior Manager, Projects and Administration

Job Summary
- We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Manager, Projects and Administration to join our international Christian ministry/NGO.
- This crucial role involves working closely with pastoral teams, stakeholders, and trustees to ensure smooth operations and effective administration of our global initiatives.
- The Senior Manager, Projects and Administration will oversee projects from inception to completion, coordinating people and processes to achieve timely, budget-friendly, and goal-aligned outcomes.
- Acting as a liaison between the ministry’s partners and senior management, this position is vital for the future development of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Collaboration: Work with the Board of Directors on policy decisions, fundraising, and increasing visibility.
- Supervise and collaborate with team members, staff and volunteers
- Oversee the establishment of the ministry in various countries and plan/execute global programs, events, and conferences.
- Develop administrative policies and procedures for day-to-day operations.
- Manage bookings, expenditures, publications, and essential records.
- Prepare for meetings and ensure all activities align with the ministry’s mission.
- Build and maintain relationships with external organizations and the community.
- Engage in fundraising, budget planning, and developing revenue streams.
- Support financial strategy reviews.
Requirements
- Degree in Administration, Project Management, or a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a project administrator.
- Expertise in project management, administrative systems and office financial procedures
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and maintain confidentiality.
- Experience with fundraising, working with volunteers, and financial strategy review.
- Excellent Computer/IT skills and a cheerful, flexible disposition.
Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
