Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Manager, Projects and Administration to join our international Christian ministry/NGO.
  • This crucial role involves working closely with pastoral teams, stakeholders, and trustees to ensure smooth operations and effective administration of our global initiatives.
  • The Senior Manager, Projects and Administration will oversee projects from inception to completion, coordinating people and processes to achieve timely, budget-friendly, and goal-aligned outcomes.
  • Acting as a liaison between the ministry’s partners and senior management, this position is vital for the future development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Collaboration: Work with the Board of Directors on policy decisions, fundraising, and increasing visibility.
  • Supervise and collaborate with team members, staff and volunteers
  • Oversee the establishment of the ministry in various countries and plan/execute global programs, events, and conferences.
  • Develop administrative policies and procedures for day-to-day operations.
  • Manage bookings, expenditures, publications, and essential records.
  • Prepare for meetings and ensure all activities align with the ministry’s mission.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external organizations and the community.
  • Engage in fundraising, budget planning, and developing revenue streams.
  • Support financial strategy reviews.

Requirements

  • Degree in Administration, Project Management, or a relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a project administrator.
  • Expertise in project management, administrative systems and office financial procedures
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience with fundraising, working with volunteers, and financial strategy review.
  • Excellent Computer/IT skills and a cheerful, flexible disposition.

Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
