Job Description
- The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of selling premium or luxury products/services to High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), be target-driven, and capable of leading and inspiring a sales team to exceed performance goals.
Responsibilities
- Drive high-value sales and build long-term relationships with HNI clients.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve and surpass targets.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies for business growth.
- Ensure exceptional client experience and brand representation.
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years experience in luxury sales (fashion, automobiles, real estate, jewelry, etc.).
- Strong network and experience dealing with HNI clientele.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Must reside in Abuja and be ready to resume immediately.
Salary
N450,000 – N500,000 / month
