Job Description:
- Oversee the activities of the operations (patrol officers)
- To monitor Guards service quality and visiting the locations.
- resolving all service issue speedily.
- obtaining feedback from clients and resolving their complaints.
- Ability to plan, organize and manage the activities of a team.
- Ability to present data clearly and highlight its potential for decision-making.
- Solves Problems: Assesses problem situations to identify causes.
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess an HND or B.Sc qualification
- Candidates Must reside within Ikeja, Maryland, Ojota, Ketu, Ojodu Berger, Ogba Aguda, Akute, Magboro, and Mowe Ibafo axis.
- Experience: 1 – 7years of work experience
- Must have strong organizational skills and be able to work calmly under pressure.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
