Job Title: Sharwama Cook
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and marinate meat (chicken, beef, lamb, etc.) with the appropriate seasonings.
- Operate and maintain shawarma rotisserie grills efficiently.
- Slice and serve shawarma with fresh ingredients, sauces, and accompaniments.
- Prepare fresh salads, sauces, and toppings to complement shawarma dishes.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Manage cooking times and temperatures to ensure consistent food quality.
- Take customer orders and customize shawarma as per preferences.
- Monitor ingredient stock levels and inform management of any shortages.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet customer demand.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Shawarma Cook or in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen.
- Ability to work well in a team and handle pressure during peak hours.
- Good customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
