Job Title: Site Supervisor
Location: Jabi, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations on the construction site.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, laborers, and other site personnel.
- Interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety regulations.
- Resolve on-site issues and conflicts.
- Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, progress updates, and materials inventory.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and environmental standards.
- Manage and allocate resources, including materials, equipment, and manpower.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead on-site operations, coordinate teams, and deliver on deadlines with precision and quality.
