Job Functions
Develop and Implement Social Media Strategies:
- Create comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage the audience, and promote property listings across various social media platforms.
Content Creation and Management:
- Produce, curate, and manage high-quality content, including property listings, virtual tours, client testimonials, and industry news, ensuring all content aligns with the company’s brand and objectives.
Community Engagement and Customer Interaction:
- Interact with followers, respond to comments and inquiries, and build relationships with potential clients and partners to foster a positive online community.
Analytics and Performance Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns and strategies.
Collaboration and Market Research:
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align social media efforts with business objectives, and stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Salary
N50,000 – N300,000 / month.
