Job Summary
- We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to elevate our online presence and connect with a wider audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Create, schedule, and post engaging content that aligns with the brand’s voice and vision.
- Manage day-to-day operations of all social media platforms, including responding to comments, messages, and engaging with the audience.
- Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and optimize content for growth.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement innovative campaigns to increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
- Stay updated on platform-specific algorithm changes and best practices.
- Assist with editing or overseeing video content for consistency across platforms.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube algorithms and trends.
- Proficient in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Passion for food and the culinary arts is a plus!.
