Description
- As the Fashion Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the operations of our high-end fashion boutique.
- You will be tasked with creating an exceptional shopping experience for our discerning clientele, while also driving the store’s financial performance and achieving ambitious sales targets.
- Your strong leadership, keen eye for fashion, and exceptional customer service skills will be paramount in this role.

Duties
- Develop and implement effective store policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize daily operations.
- Oversee the store’s inventory management, including product ordering, receiving, and maintaining appropriate stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Ensure the store’s visual merchandising and product presentation are consistently aligned with the brand’s image and seasonal trends.
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve financial performance and meet sales targets.
- Implement effective loss prevention measures to minimize discrepancies.
- Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing team of sales associates.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop employees to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage employee schedules, attendance, and performance to maintain optimal staffing levels.
- Foster a customer-centric culture by setting high standards for personalized service and client satisfaction.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of effective clienteling strategies to build long-term relationships with customers.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategic plans to enhance the store’s operations, sales, and profitability.
- Stay informed of industry trends, and emerging fashion concepts to inform the store’s strategic direction.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3 – 5 years work experience.
Skills:
- Demonstrated expertise in visual merchandising, inventory management, and financial analysis
- Exceptional leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and time-management abilities
- Proficient in the use of retail technology, point-of-sale systems, and inventory management software
- Passion for fashion, an eye for style, and a deep understanding of current and emerging trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
