We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Supermarket Supervisor
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Summary of Responsibilities
- Ensure customers receive a warm welcome and exceptional customer service.
- Monitor the store to ensure standard hygiene and safety guidelines are adhered to by customers and subordinates.
- Monitor items on the shelf or products on display to encourage customer purchases.
- Carry out regular checks on the stocks to prevent damages or theft.
- Carry out training and re-training of staff on excellent customer services.
- Carry out stock/inventory reconciliation on daily basis to avoid stock out.
- Drive all subordinates to attend to customers’ needs and requests courteously.
- Liaise with the supply chain/procurement team to ensure timely delivery of stock etc.
Academic Qualifications and Skills
- BSc / HND in social science or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in a supermarket.
- Attention to detail and pleasant personality.
- Ability to work with less supervision and multitask.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure from customers.
- A good team player and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to track inventory.
- Computer savvy and ability to use Microsoft Office.
Salary
N70,000 – N100,000 per month.
